To be able to access data from a PV-system in the app, the PV-system must be linked to a Solar.web account. A Solar.web account can be created and the PV-system added during commissioning or also via the website www.solarweb.com.

using it since September 2023. app is good. laggy on opening app or if it's already open in the background and you flick to it. slow. I thought that was cheeky to only receive 3 days data. I have premium now and have data all the way to last September 2023. All in all, app works but needs improving. The web site has more functions than the app. The battery simulator is a good tool to work out the size you need.

The app worked fine until I got NBN then nothing. I had to pay my installer to reconfigure the system. It now only gives my data for a day or then stops. I can reboot it by fiddling with the inverter controls, but it's very tedious.

The app has become unusable, it takes forever to load, then you must wait for the numbers to populate. It begins with inaccurate readings. The delay before the live numbers updates is ridiculous. The historic data is not available after midnight. I no longer recommend Fronius as a product, if their front end software is this bad, what disaster is hiding in wait on the inverters. I've tried seeing the app to unrestricted so it canrun in the background, but this doesn't help the loading delays.
