Keeps logging off! It's annoying every time I try to go to the app it wants me to login again. But I still get notifications? Fix this, Gorgias!

Uhm so using/editing macros on the app is impossible, it won't pull in saved images in macros either?? I can't refund a customer or do anything else. The only thing it's probably useful for (for some people, I guess) is if you want to check in on how many unassigned queries you can probably. Hope it becomes better!
