Absolutely love banking with Pen Air FCU! And the app is easy to navigate. Very useful in my daily life, helping keep me on track with my budget. Makes paying all of my bills easy. I have my auto loan as well as credit cards with Pen Air, making life much easier. The budget tracker and other various tools make it easier to set goals for paying bills off early. Very satisfied!!!

My biggest issue is that it is very hard to take a pic of the back of the check. I've been to the bank and they couldn't make it work either. Neither my phone nor my husband's brand new phone works well. The corner tabs move all around and make the pic look like the phone was at an angle. Sometimes I have to take 10+ pics to get one that is straight. 1/20. Updated app works perfectly!!

It's Good..... I'm not a huge fan of the ads that they post inside of the app, but it is good to stay informed about interest rate considering the current financial climate and the app is pretty easy to use. I'm not really one for software but if I can do it most anybody can do it. Also, I have a Google 7 phone with 256 memory for reference. The experience I enjoy the most is the ability to sync with my fingerprint so no more passwords thank goodness.... 😂
