The company Energy SAPEM Catamarca offers users a mobile care center so they can have access to their business information, adding a new channel of communication with the company.
This application aims to improve communication throughout the EC SAPEM with more than 120,000 users across the province. Among its features, users can enter outages claims for accidents or weather events and keeping track of them, graphically display the historical evolution of their consumption and the maturity of these, check supply data, alerts of cuts , as well as knowing the opening hours, contact numbers and information about places and payment.
