The app logs me out all of the time, and now it keeps rejecting my login information. I go to search for the account information and it asks for an employee ID. After cancelling that option it takes me to a basic browser window within the app to login but doesn't provide the full functionality that it's supposed to offer me. Absolutely horrible!

I used to use this app to help my mother check on her OTC benefits but it no longer is accepting her login info. We didn't change it and I typed it in very carefully multiple times. Tried to start a new account and it wants an employee ID number which we don't have. I tried the Benefits Pro app instead but it wants you to scroll through a calendar starting at 2024 to input your birthdate. My mother is in her 60s! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Luckily I'm able to log in on the Nation's Benefits website.

Card malfunctioned, and Kroger self checkout said, "Transaction not allowed". Kroger refunded the $10 to my card, but this app did not show the refund. Finally they showed me online that Kroger had refunded the $10, but I did not spend it, and the money never rolls over into the next month, so I got screwed over. Also, the scanner on this app is 100% useless. If you want to scan to see if the card will pay for an item, this app will say No for every item.
