• This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Yale device via Wifi or 3G/4G. When using 3G/4G connection you mobile phone service provider will likely consider the video footage from your DVR as “downloads” and will contribute to any download usage and limits your mobile phone data plan you have. If you exceed your plan limits you may incur further additional charges. Please consult your service provider regarding the use of video streaming and the impact this may have on your data allowances. Yale will not be responsible for any charges you may incur for usage of this App.

Ratings and reviews

Generally ok but notifications are pretty terrible. you get a notification, press it, notification disappears and doesn't take you to the clip. you have to wait 1 minute after the notification arrives to actually see what it is you're being notified about unless you go to the live view. if there are multiple notifications one after another, only the most recent is shown so unless you go into the history in the app you've no idea how many events you've missed Needs going over Pixel 8 Pro

May'24 Update The app continues to work as expected. I've since added other Yale products and have used it on several fevices. I can thoroughly recommend it. Apr'21 This is the app as it should be. It's stable. Works well on WiFi or mobile data. In 5 months of using it I've not had issues viewing or saving clips or live feed. It just works.

Well made, good image and reliable, but the app doesn't allow you to look back in time when you were out - it only gives you a live stream. What's the point of a CCTV system that doesn't let you look back when there might have been an issue?! There's also no way of finding help or contacting anyone through the app to try and resolve issues. Pretty poor customer care tbh
