I'm not the best app user on Humanz but the customer support & experience I received to help me on a recent campaign went above and beyond - I personally liked that! I received messages on time and managed to bid and submit links smoothly for this campaign, but it's the customer experience that really impressed me and made my experience on the app all the more better and easier.

There's a huge need for improvements. Edits when you want to delete a message instead of deleting it for the contact you aimed, the app wipes everything. updating profile, we can't disconnect & reconnect everytime we need to update our followers on social platforms. Quicker processes when there's applications for the campaign. U made it, or didn't shouldn't take 3 weeks. The app could inform us better what & who exactly is required for the campaign rather than bringing it x3 like the Kauai one

The app is highly user friendly. The Humanz team responds very quickly to messages on Twitter and to emails which is impressive. I wish there was a shorter lead time for outcome of whether or not your bid was successful.
