Poor UX, especially the set up screens and the date picker. Once you get it working, it's very basic. It would be easier to have discreet fields for day, month, year, rather than have to go through the date picker, as changing the year is not obvious and the picker requires a lot of work. It would be easier for me to tap in numbers rather than open a date picker, hunt for how to change the year, then once I get there, go in the correct direction to find the correct month, then day.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you be more specific on why you feel the application has a poor design? The Visionary Allergy Tracker is using a standard native Android datepicker as many applications do, can you provide feedback on why you find it difficult to use?

App work for a couple of months in early 2019, but haven't gotten it to work since. I have uninstalled and reinstall several times. Entering my info is no big deal DOB is easy but then I just keep getting the dreaded OOPS something went wrong. Never does connect. Poor app..Update 3/12/21 all the sudden it quit working again. This app is very inconsistent. Update 5/13/21 this app sucks I have been trying to get on and can't. I even had my Allergist reset my info and to no avail it still gives me.

Please have your Allergy Practice contact our Technical Support group. If you are noticing a Whoops! message, most likely a passcode is incorrect, or there is a setup issue that needs corrected. Thank you.

Disappointed. I uninstalled & reinstalled after reading the lastest review. My office informed me that that app was having issues & that developers were working out the bugs (working in IT, I emphasize). So, after reading the 12/30 review, I thought everything was fixed. I'm still getting the "Opps" error message. It also says that this was made for an "older" version of Android. That's not good for us who updated our phones earlier last year. Please help!

We apologize for your experience. Rest assured The Visionary Allergy Tracker application is functioning properly. At times your doctor's office may need to have their technical department make changes on their end to allow for proper communication for the application.
