Faced repeated network issues in late 2020 and early 2021. Every time there was a power loss, I contacted the serviceman. Initially, he cited a power loss in our community's 2nd phase and mentioned backup batteries were requested. A month later, the same issue occurred; he said batteries were installed but lasted only 1 hour. Yet, when power was lost for just 15 mins, the network was down. Questioning the type and efficiency of the batteries used. Unsatisfactory service.

Worst service ever l. Since I have applied for the connection their internet drops in every three to four days and now I have terminated their connection and they didn't have refunded the security deposit. It's been 3 months but there is no any further response from their end. I highly recommend please don't opt for their connection and if you have get it terminated asap. Jio and Airtel broadbands are providing much better service than them.

I have a very worst experience with this broadband. At the time of connection they had told that when the router is returned the amount will be refunded but the amount was not refunded and on talking to customer care they said that it was your recharge payment and the amount will not be refunded. Worst experience ever. They lie at the time of connection and at the end refuse to give refund.
