La Marque ATM always down and ACU charges a fee for using other ATMs.....Phone System difficult to access one's local branch...CD rates are pitiful

Why can't I make credit card payments?! I've been trying for 3 days and each time I go to type in the amount I'm paying off it's saying that the amount is not greater than $0.00 ?!?! The few times I have managed to get it to work, at the last step (the reviewing of transaction) it suddenly clucks out and says that there's an error!!!! the update is the WORST
