I am not over the moon. I had hoped for much more from this device and app. The app crashes regularly and tells me it needs Internet connection. I thought the whole point was that it didn't need internet and could use satellite GPS. Kind of useless for tracking if cell signal is poor.

Hi Carly, sorry for the bad experience and let us check what happen to the app.
- it seems the app having problem with phone's internet connection, so it shows that error. internet is purely needed for the app to get the info from the cloud to show you.
- the tracker device's has its own GPS and using cell connection, not related to the app.

Works reasonably well but the android version has no route option unlike the iOS app. The app does not show if the tracker has not sent updates (due to various reasons)/battery is flat, would be great if the app can report that too.

Sign up is bugged, app and by extension tracker is inaccessible. Password requirements are always invalid no matter how long, many capitols / lowercase, or what symbols you use. Would love to review the rest of the app when i actually get access.

sorry for the experience, we've enhanced the password requirement hint so the criteria for the password is clearer now in the latest version. thanks
