Phonet Mobile is a business communications application for Android that easily connects your work mobile to your Phonet Virtual PBX. The application is intended primarily for GSM-smartphones and works even without Wi-Fi and the availability of high-speed mobile Internet.

Phonet Mobile for Business Benefits:

- connect a mobile phone to a virtual PBX without additional equipment;
- suitable for any Android-smartphones that operate mainly on the standard GSM communication;
- fixing and transfer of the history of work calls from mobile to PBX;
- recording and transferring calls to PBXs even without Wi-Fi or high-speed mobile Internet;

What do you get when using the Application?

- the ability to dial the client number, both in the phone's contact log and in the contact database of PBX Phonet;
- audio recordings of conversations will be recorded and transmitted to the PBX, even without a stable Internet connection;
- in the call flow, it will be possible to control the missed calls in the PBX tab “We need to call back”;
- when signing new contacts in the phone, the name will also be displayed in the PBX and CRM;
- All calls from the smartphone will be taken into account in the analyst of employee performance and the overall company performance.


Recommendations:
For the most complete use of all the features of the application, we recommend using working smartphones with Android OS version up to 6.0.0 inclusive.

All legal responsibility for the use of call recordings is borne by the Application user and the company that owns the Phonet Virtual PBX account.

In case of inconsistency of the function of “recording telephone conversations” of the policy of the company-owner of the account of the Virtual PBX Phonet, this function may be disabled.
