Unable to create an account. When I provide the details and select sign up, it leads to my devices page where there's nothing on it. In other cases, I've seen the option to scan a QR code to register the device. In my case, there's nothing. So, I can't create an account or connect my device but I do own and am using a Tesla Infinity HLE inverter.

The Tesla Live app promises seamless monitoring of your solar system, but Android users may face frustrations. Despite its intuitive interface and comprehensive features, the app's functionality on Android devices remains unreliable. With numerous reports of compatibility issues, Tesla must address this concern promptly. Until then, Android users may find themselves disconnected from their solar system's performance data.

App does not connect to my Xgen geysers and shows them offline. After a month of followup, I was told that it works for IOS but not android. Main Tech support is hard to reach and once reached seem indifferent to fixing the issue. Solution offered by Tech Guy I spoke to from Islamabad was to dump my Samsung phone and switch to an Apple Phone!
