Never had any real problem with it other than loading but that could just be my phone honestly. The computer is a bit weird because even if I put in the right password, it still says I did it wrong and usually have to type it in like 3 times before it accepts the password. The people irl are really nice though and I've never had problems with them either.

I like the new layout, but the notifications are bad. Notifications used to happen as soon as a purchase was made, now they happen when the transaction is processed through, generally at 10 minutes after midnight. Tried push notifications but it was no different.--------------------------------------------------------------------------- I got the reply below after writing the review above. The reply makes no sense. The old app had better notifications, and the layout was fine. Why would I download a separate app to do something the old app did just fine? Don't remove functions or make them useless when updating an app. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Changing to two stars, apparently they don't plan on fixing it.

SecurLOCK is a great add-on app that sends real-time alerts after debit card purchases. You can even turn your card on and off from this app. Download the app, connect your Emprise debit card and you're all set.

When it works it's pretty nice! Looks good, smooth transitions and all. However, and this probably isn't the fault of the mobile developers but rather Emprise somewhere in it's back end development or cloud service, it is down and unusable enough to be annoying. It gives you a "We are unable to permit digital banking access at this time." message. I just want to check my balance. Also: I'd like to see the option to decide which accounts balance display on the home page.
