Ive been with this bank for 6 years and the whole time the app has been the worst I've ever had to use, the same problems have been there they haven't changed. 9/10 times there's an issue logging in. Sometimes certain features work, sometimes they don't. If I click on something like savings or checkings sometimes it will work sometimes it will log me out and I have to do it all over again.

App needs a major update for the credit card. No way to ask for Credit increases, I've had the card over 2 years not one Increase in limit. I've cards with limits say above this card would be nice if they had more options in the app. Love using the card because it's hooked tomy bank account just not enough. Also gives no option to see any rewards at all. Please catch up with 2023!!

It's somewhat terrible because, from the app, you can not report your card lost or stolen! This also applies to their automated "customer" service during the weekends. Lost my wallet Friday afternoon, not realizing it til the same Friday night. I was flabbergasted to learn after dialing all the numbers I could find, that I had to wait til Monday to report it during business hours! Atrocious, to say the least. I'm really not impressed with VFCU. Will be transferring soon!
