Manage to add new pass and login. BUT for the email..it kept asking to verify email, yet there is no verification email in my email inbox. 'send again' multiple times, no email. check spam folder, none. Literally, there's nothing. Yet, this notification kept pestering me to verify my email. can't even use the app peacefully. This is very inconvenient and annoying. Please fix this bug ASAP.

Season pass is now a SCAM. Don't buy! When subscribing to data it's supposed to deduct from season pass first but now they will deduct directly from cash balance. And they'll just cancel your (paid) subscription without you requesting it. I'm migrating out from xux now.

most stupid & confusing app for a mobile virtual network operator. can you imagine missing the most important and crucial component to a user? i have no clue on how to access my Line Profile. it's literally missing. it's stupid. it's outrageous. THIS IS A BUSINESS CRITICAL APP!! WAKE UP AND STOP SLEEPING. THIS IS NOT PRE-PRODUCTION SERVER!! IT'S LIVE SERVER... WHY IS THE MAIN / CORE COMPONENT IS MISSING FROM THE APP? I AM SWITCHING TO OTHER SERVICE.
