It's been two days, I have trying for updating claim. The wheel just keep moving and documents are not getting submitted. It is taking so much time photos, jpeg, pdf. I have tried everything reducing size of the files. Worst thing is you can't file claim from website on laptop. In this digital age, I feel this app so outdated and bad.

I was trying to purchase top up plan for my existing insurance policy but after entering all the details it keeps on loading no page error or nothing. Unfortunately there's no option to purchase from the website. Nominee details DOB showing only 1958 year not beyond that. How can they restrict something like that. Lot of bugs and difficult to use this app. Not user friendly.

I have faced bad Ux experience while uploading the documents. Because I don't have option to recall all the documents whether I uploaded correctly or not - Please test the app screens thoroughly. I almost wasted around half a day to check what's wrong with my documents. In my case file size is less than 10kb. I have increased it to more than 100kb after that documents upload works. Please provide user friendly messages to correct the issues instead of giving generic message like "Upload Failed".
