Often unable to make transactions due to "abnormal login status". The CS said this was due to adjustments by a third party and blabla. even though the bills are always paid on time.

Pretty useful at first, really handy and simple but after quite sometime, my account can no longer do any transactions using Credinex with a ridiculous reason that its function only for people who fits their qualifications, i mean like, what? I've been using this app like couple of month, i dont have debts, paid always before due date n they freezing my account for that reason? Well done. Dont bother to email to the CS coz u will only get the same silly answer and that was when i decided to stop

It has e-wallet inside. What weird is, when the money moved to the e-wallet (inside the app), they count it as a loan. What makes me furious, I can't even use the money in the e-wallet!! I use QR, rejected. While when I used the QR with another account it was accepted. I used VA, rejected. Again. It has 3 default number so when I put the real VA number, it's not detected. But I can use the VA with another account outside crefinex. Now I have to pay that money I can't never use..!! RIDICULOUS..!!
