This application obtains the user certification electronic certificate confirmed in the IC chip of the user's My Number card, and authenticates the user based on the personal information registered in the My Number card authentication platform operated by TOPIC. , You can verify your identity electronically.
In addition, TOPIC operates by acquiring the digital certificate for signature, the digital certificate for user certification, personal information (4 information in the Basic Resident Register), etc. stored in the IC chip of the user's My Number card. It is also possible to register personal information on the My Number card authentication platform.

By using this application, you can use your My Number card to register for various online services linked to the My Number card authentication platform operated by the Organization, and then use your Minver Card to authenticate yourself and use each service. You will be able to do it.

[Main functions]

In the app, you can authenticate yourself using your My Number card and a short PIN (user verification password).

You can also register your personal information in the following two ways.
・ Register with My Number Card and long PIN (signature password).
・ Register with My Number Card and a short PIN (user verification password).
(If you register with a short PIN, you will need to enter the date of birth (Japanese calendar), expiration date (year), and security code displayed on the face of your Individual Number Card.)

It can be used on Android devices equipped with NFC since Android 9.0.

【Notes】

・ Keep holding my number card until reading is completed.
・ If the response is poor, remove the cover or case and try again.
-If the holding position is not appropriate, it cannot be read.


・ The long security code (signature password) is 6 to 16 alphanumeric characters.
･ The short security code (user authentication password) is 4 numbers.
･ If you enter the wrong security code 5 times in a row and the short security code 3 times in a row, it will be locked.
・ Please contact your local municipal office for how to unlock.


・ When applying for the Individual Number Card, check the "Signature digital certificate not required" or "User certification digital certificate not required" column, and if you have not issued an electronic certificate, use it until the electronic certificate is issued. I can't.
・ Digital certificates that have expired and digital certificates that have expired due to moving, etc. cannot be used until they are renewed.
