Good platform. No much hassle onboarding and using the system. My only challenge, which has been persistent over multiple updates is that on first login, the screen will always flash and more often than not, the app will close. Have to try multiple times before it stabilizes, after which everything is great, but before then, it's pretty exhausting.

Every time you ask people to send their complain to your email that you will solve it, for how long would that be. So many people complaining about the same issue all the time but uptill now it can't be resolved, People complain about emails issues all the time, is there no how you can solve the problem once and for all? I tried changing my email and added another email to see whether it will work but no avail. The worst case scenario is that I cannot even login to my account anymore. Worst case

The worst banking app I have ever used in my lifetime, since I sent money into it, I've not been able to even view my balance, I can't transfer out of time, validation doesn't work most of the times, it's just basically a skeleton without body nor soul or spirit in it. Just an empty casing.
