After downloading and installing Bredbandskollen on your phone, you can measure the internet speed you get from your internet provider, download and upload speed and latency. The app is easy to use and is free of charge. Your integrity is protected and your data is anonymous. The personal data we store is an IP-address.
When measuring your mobile internet speed, you have a choice to share the position where the measurement was done. Bredbandskollen collects the position and displays it in a speed map for users to take part of. You can at any time change your settings in your phone to disallow sharing of your position.

Works as expected, but it's definitely not clear why this app needs access to my phone state. Why would this app need access to my phone to function whatsoever, when the website (bredbandskollen.se) does not? Makes no sense to me.

Uninstalled after it asked about my phone number. App is supposed to measure internet speed, doesn't need my phone number or anyone else's phone number in my contact list. On its website, it measures one's internet connection without asking for phone number, so no need for this anti-privacy nonsense on Android.

Love the new update, but would be better to use the new font for the measurement all over the app and not 2-3 different ones! Now it just looks bloated.
