SECURITY
Banking with Mobile Banking is secure, and you can choose your own PIN code (between 4 & 8 numbers) or you can access it with a username and password. And if you lose your phone, we can disable access.

Very easy to use, really love the longer pin numbers that are available, the banks that still use 4, not even 5 like some other banks are way behind the 8 ball. User friendly and easy to navigate around. Very pleasant just like the staff

App is dated and security measures are outdated. Biological protection would bring the app into a more appropriate alignment with other banking applications. Also services offered are minimal basic features including transfers, payments and that's about it. More features would be appreciated such as the ability to open a secondary account, request cards change pins, put cards on hold etc would be extremely useful. Thanks

Hi Robert, thanks for the feedback! We are still working on getting card applications and profile updates into the app but in the interim, you can always use the Secure Messaging feature (the little envelope from the Dashboard) to get hold of one of the team. Cheers ~Elly
