Nice app, but bus times shown are inaccurate and misleading when routes are modified and stops suspended. App shows an ETA for buses that will never arrive because the route is diverted. 6 or 7 old people waited for the 27 at the clock tower this evening, reassured by the app that they were imminent. They never arrived as they had been re-routed via church street. Fix this misleading app so that it shows suspended stops and does not show a time.

Absolutely terrible app !!! It is constantly charging me for trips, even when I am no where near a bus . I buy a mobile ticket for 2£ and then it charges me again but at 11pm when I haven't even used the bus. I will be filing a formal complaint and seeking compensation as this silly app over the last year has taken over £100 from my account unnecessarily!!! Do not use

Great app, which I use several days each week. Helpful to see live bus information and be able to buy a ticket quickly. My suggestion for improvement would be a function to buy multiple single tickets in one transaction.

Ticket Coverages have been improved to make it easier to understand where a ticket can be used.
