I don't even know why you bothered to create an app when you don't even use it to monitor customer experience. Had you utilized this app for customer complaints and other reports, it would take the edge off your call center. Even if we lodge complaints on your app, your staff don't bother to look at them until we call. In short, this app is useless, and obviously you're not ready to go digital. Zero innovation and pathetic customer service

Reported a no power supply fault. When power was restored but with low voltage, the app did not allow to report the fault because the previous report was still on pending status. The app also only shows Pending or Resolved statuses and does not notify when the status has been changed.

If there was a way of giving zero stars, that's what this app deserves. We have years of experience in app development and we cannot be amused at icons and some interface if the app doesn't do what it claims to have been created to do. Almost all modules, especially the load management are dead. The app should have capacity to store the meter number once entered. It's hectic to enter a 13 digit number which is not even a secret number
