It is been already a month since I can not use the app. The bank has an income ranging in billions but can not solve the app issue while I burn my phone credits to call the support services and still no answer...

It was working well up until some weeks now can't log into the app. Need serious fixing. Another thing , I was using in Angola nad it was fine but once I travelled abroad (USA) I cannot use it, it is always saying it cannot connect to the server. Unless you use Roaming Network (which is really expensive), it's impossible to use the app.

This is very good app and I like using it most of the time, but there are few features that doesn't work or maybe still in progress, like the last i wanted pay my remaing credit of multicaixa credito, did not work and I had to involve my account manager. The app can be more friendly use with simple clicks. What I like about this app is that I can reload my visa debt card, manage my savings and is quick to use pagar na hora. Will this app work offline in future? This will add value.
