Ratings and reviews

The location function only allows me to narrow by state. Given the size of my state, I would love to know which dealer location the car is with so I can work out if I can easily get there, or plan my weekend around seeing 2 or 3 cars. Also, there's a filter to only show cars with pictures but it doesnt have a report option for listings with false pictures.

Cheap app developer hired by carsales is gradually making this app terrible and useless. Navigation is worse with each update. The features and specifications are hidden deep in the sub headings. Need more taps and then further taps to get into details. Quick top picture viewer is cramped. There is no dark mode either. Interestingly the app is declining on both platforms of Android and iOS.

Now requires a login to get prices which discourages using the app to do casual pricing comparisons. The privacy excuse is pure BS when the website will display the prices without a login. It is just a data collection process. Developer reply doesn't address why the website shows pricing information without logging in. This is bad on the phone I can see the prices on the same connection the PC can't see prices. This app/website is so inconsistent with displaying pricing it is frustrating to use
