was working for a month until it recently disconnected from the wifi. trying to reconnect but the app times out. **UPDATE** its all good now. Better User Interface. Easier phone and device set up thru qr code. Even the original set up thru wifi is more clear and fast. If portions aren't as much when serving try cleaning out the feeder with compressed air.

This app is awful! The camera won't connect after it has been one for a couple of days. I have to reset it to hey it to work properly. The app has no way of updating firmware to the device, which I'm sure the device needs some updates! The sound quality on the microphone from the app is terrible! Tempted to send this device back. People that make this app, FIX IT! IT'S TERRIBLE!

The camera works. The voice/microphone exchange works. It dispenses treats. No ads. It sends motion sense push notifications constantly. Even when nothing is moving AND when motion sensing is turned off. 🤔 Our home lost power (&internet) for a couple minutes in a storm overnight and because I am not there to show a QR code to the camera, we cannot get it back online to continue using it. It worked for half of a vacation, the cat doesn't seem care about it, or hearing us while we're gone.
