Ratings and reviews

The most difficult process I had to go through with this app was the account creation and verification. Took way too long and required all sorts of documents. But I have been using them since Dec 2023 and it has been smooth sailing since then. I use the USD and GBP accounts to receive money. They have the best rates too. The only other thing I wish they had was a virtual dollar card. If they can add that feature, it'll be 100% perfect for me.

The app still needs to be stable. When I enter the currencies I want to swap, I get logged out instantly and it crashes. My saving grace has been a successful transaction in the past so I use it again to see the rates and exchange of its okay. Worst is that your rates are too much and payment confirmation is too long... You can do better

Can't log in through the app because it says I haven't verify my account. When I try to log in through the desktop too it asking me to download the app.
