About this app

This app enables full processing of beA messages directly in your own beA lawyer mailbox, including PDF preview of documents.

You can receive, send and reply to beA messages, read in drafts (and send if necessary), export them and submit/reject eEBs.

This app is multi-mailbox capable (several mailboxes in one software token: employee token or through substitution regulations) and can also manage several software tokens in parallel.

This app is only for users who can and may participate in the special electronic lawyer mailbox (beA). This requires a beA software certificate (software token) from the Federal Chamber of Notaries, which can be purchased online here (BNotK online shop under products): https://bea.bnotk.de/bestellung/#/products
The software certificate must then be installed and activated in the beA if you are not already working with the software certificate. How this works is explained in our guide: https://bea.expert/softwaretoken/

In order to use the app with your beA mailbox, this software certificate must be installed on the smartphone. This works via QR code transmission, uploading from the local files on your smartphone or by uploading to https://bea.expert/qrtoken/ (For security reasons, please do not use emails or Google Drive).
This is also explained in the quick start guide, which is displayed the first time you open the app. If you want to add yourself as a user (user) with full functionality, it is necessary that you purchase a license directly in the app.
