Ratings and reviews

The reward experience is such a waste of time. They gamify it with jazzy graphics and then give coins or vouchers. The graphics and non cash rewards provide a frustrating UX as you wait, do 2-3 taps and get nothing. They also play games with behavioural economics. That is, even if you lose coins, they give a message that you have won xxx coins despite spending more coins to check the rewards. Their UX used to be better. It's shoddy now!

Good experience but the rewards section is just waste of coins. You never win anything in the spin wheels. Have cross checked with many users. Apart from coupons, no other free rewards are given. When it says we have chances to fin free goodies or trips on lessar discounts. But the we get everything else on the wheel except for the goodies. Its all fixed in the background. Don't waste the coins on them.

Hello team. When I started using the app, everything was accessible. But, after last 2 updates, entering upi pin is not accessible with TalkBack. Nothing can be done with TalkBack when you want to enter upi pin. You have to turn off TalkBack and you should enter your upi pin. As a visually impaired user, it gives me lot of trouble. Please fix it ASAP.
