So, it used to work fine, and it works fine on my fiances phone. But any time I try to use the app, it will refresh what I'm doing every 2 seconds and takes me to the "please wait" screen I cannot even book an appointment. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated, almost anything you can think of. It has been like this for just a little less than a year.

Company switched to this from teladoc, app does not load.. Update: I unistalled and reinstalled- still doesnt load. ---However--- if you go to the playstore find the app page and open from there it will work. The Doc from Richmond was very informative and helpful, quick to call me.(changed to 3 stars). Will change to 5 when I can just load it up by touching the app.

Kyle, sorry you experienced a consistent crash on load, that's frustrating. Could you please update the application? The older version has some issues that we have fixed. Had my first visit yesterday. Experience was relatively east to setup. Cannot leave a review of the Dr visit in the app, apparently I don't have "access" to do so. Also cannot download the Dr note for my son to go back to school - says it doesn't have storage access but when I try to add it, the app doesn't ask for it or mention anywhere in the settings that it needs it so I can't add it. Had to take screenshot of the note instead to print out. Overall, it's ok. Will try it again if/when needed.
