After Change the setting of that option descending to ascending of "photo folder "it has been stopped.... Now photo folder do not open....please give help me about this situation.... due to my important documents has been placed in this folder

My all files got deleted by itself. I don't know what's wrong with this app. It's not good to use it. Such a bad experience. I lost my files.Very bad....bc when I first install this app it kept all pictures safe and I was satisfied....when I checked after 1 days none of my personal were there...it was all empty...I hate this app....

Wth is happening with this app. It just keeps on loading but not opening. I have all my relationship memories in it. Please solve the issue. I can't take it . 💔💔💔💔💔
