For years I had a great experience with GameStop, using all their membership programs, trading in games. I've been doing business with them for over 20 years in one form or another. The past two experiences with them have made me leave for good. Nothing is worth having no loyalty or care for your customers. Losing over 80$ to the company due to their lies is the last straw. Also the app itself is clunky and often doesn't match current inventory. Just like the site. Find a better place for gaming

I like the GameStop app but the only thing is the app does not have an option to select a price range like the Website does. Other than that it is a good app and easy to use. The website does not have an option to customize your own price range. It used to be that you could customize your own price range on the website but for some reason they got rid of that option. When I browse for video games the number of results does not change.

Nice and easy to use, with good selection! Was not aware that gamestop had increased its offerings into collectables, PC Parts, clothing etc. Was expecting issues because of some of the other reviews but it was easy to use, and had lots of great deals. Considering joining the power up rewards program, looks like the benefits greatly outweigh the cost. Like most apps it could use some minor improvements but overall.... I like the app!
