The app consistently has errors at each update. Resulting in not being able to submit claims on mobile. On the rare occasion that the app is working, it is very easy to use and documentation is rarely needed. As of September 15, 2023 the app is still unusable with a "something went wrong" pop up. This has been an issue since the last update claiming to have strengthened the security system.

Not even sure if this is the right app. I was with Victor. Everything used to run smoothly until Greenshield bought out Inkblot, Health Depot Maple. Now it's all a clusterfrack - the merger and the new apps. Both apps keep failing, nothing seems to work. Really frustrating. I just want my meds. Also annoying because some I log in using my work email (as required) and some require my personal email.

Error on logging in, "a button" shows instead of "log in". Go through the error several times, it works. Then two factors authentication, despite hitting the button to remember the device. It won't let you write more than one letter for a new providers business name or view what you type in notes until it's submitted. One of the slowest to load apps I've ever had. There's a bit notice not to supply supporting documents unless requested, then the claims are denied for lack of support documents.
