The good is it let's you control your appliances remotely. The bad is automations don't work correctly with my Hisense AC. Temperature automation only functions at certain temperatures, despite the AC unit itself correctly detecting the room temp. For example, the AC will only turn off at 64, 68, 72. Temps in between do not work. If I set 66 in app it will run past and below 66. Certain temperatures are also unavailable in the app. Like 65, 67, 69, 71, 74, 76, 78. It makes little sense.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I had to make too many changes to my phone to try and connect to my A/C unit and all it did was kick me off my internet connection and then the app would lock up to where I could no longer use it unless I rebooted my phone. Which going through the entire mess again, locked up again! App has been deleted, and all emails to this POS have been blocked!

My AC keeps disconnecting from the wifi and there is no easy solution to reconnect it on the app. Instead it has to be unpaired and forgotten, and then reconnected as a new device. It also takes forever for the main screen to load. Oh and they need to add the "dim" function to the app, because as of now I'm forced to use the remote every night to turn off the bright lights.
