My partner an I have had the bracelet nearly two months now. There are some issues with occasional disconnections, an the app taking a while to load the number of received touches, and the lack of the ability receiving messages sent through the app. Although there are some issues that does need to be worked on, but it does what it's primarily supposed to do.

The bracelet is a nice cute little gimmick. The ability to tap the bracelet and your loved one feel the vibration on the other end is a great reminder that someone is there for you. The app on the other hand is just an absolute mess and in need of a major update. It is just an absolute nightmare to use and the user interface is an absolute mess. Until the app becomes more user friendly I can only give this app a 1 star review.

The login issue was fixed but there is only 1 vibration setting so you cannot do like other devices like this with different meanings to each vibration. The vibration is subtle and quick and barely able to feel it and any connections to skin sets it off, not just if you intentionally touch it. It's a beautiful necklace and seems to have a good quality I'm rather disappointed for the amount of money it cost and the lack of options in it.
