update: the app now controls the photo and it hasn't been rejected in ages!! I'm so happy not to go to the bank for deposits anymore. old:My photo is rejected several times during most deposits. It doesn't matter about the lighting or background. My checks are computer generated and printed. Yet apparently unreadable. Still I love this app and all the convenience it offers. Even dealing with that is easier than going to the bank!!!

Taking pictures of check needs improvement. Angled with framed box yet picture is way smaller. App spins and spins then asks to review picture. To get it to be able to see writing on check as app requests, you have to take picture of check outside the framed box. Fix that, it's annoying. Other banks show the way the check should look after framing within the box. App takes too long to confirm deposit.

Wish the picture volume could be adjusted. Mine is super loud. It takes way too long to verify check compared to other banks app. Check verification is way to picky compared to other institutions, other than that its fine.
