Can get it to display and connect to "jetion" wi-fi. Can enter factory password. Can connect momentarily to the wi-fi. After that....nothing else works. Constantly say "not conected". Any attempt to change a setting say "setting failed". Completely useless. Even though the light is on for the endoscope, the camera displays only a black image.

Pretty sure I got a used device but I figured I would go ahead and download and connect it to the app to see if the experience was worth repurchasing considering the app has a 3-star rating. I had extreme issues staying connected and freezing images. I would have to turn the product off and "forget" saved Wi-Fi, just to get it reconnected. This happened about every 1-2 minutes. Never got to really delve into anything bc of connection/freezing issues. I'm going to have to fault the app & device.

Works fine, though app itself is a bit rough. Connects fine to my dual lens borescope. Nice clear picture, can cycle through the 3 views as advertised. You must connect to scope wifi from your device settings, not in the app. Took me a while to figure out that the circle arrow button on the view screen was how you cycle through the views. App should polish the english text labels and docs, would ease the learning curve. But the app works reliably and the scope is a great tool!
