What a useless app! Both the mobile app as well as its web-browser version keep throwing up an ORS_BC_1474 error due to a mismatch between the displayed payment amount and calculated payment amount!! Many a time, the interface to the payment gateway is broken!! No amount of complaints to either MSRTC helpline or to Ebixcash, the vendor for this app yields even a cursory reply, much less a remedy to the issue. The old web app was simple but very reliable!!

It's directly showing find bus option. Not as same as shown in the screenshots. Confusing bus stand short forms. Not able to identify which bus stand is the one I need. This app can't find buses. No matter what you put in the search you will find nothing. Total time waste.

Very poor app user experience. It crashesh many times while using. Also when performing cancellation task it crashes and shows nothing. Need to improve the app and make it user-friendly. Website is also not working properly.
