I've been banking with jdcu for a long time and this app has gone through some rough spots. After fixing a bunch of issue and have a stable app, they decided to break it again. I personally can no longer use the transfer funds feature. When I try, it "loads" to a blank white screen. I've tried the usual bs to fix it ( clear cache, reinstall, etc.. ) it doesnt work. Other people seems to have other issues with no responses from JDCU. WHY does this always happen. FIX IT.

not enough branches and online banking does not always work.

One thing that is a hassle, at least once a month I have to uninstall the app and redownload it. Reasons being it will forget the quick login, or in some cases it doesn't remember ny passwords at all and I have to retype my username and PW. Very inconvenient at times. My honest opinion. I hope they fix the problem fast.
