I have a couple of issues with the app. 1) No notifications at all, for example, if a client cancels the visit or if there is a change in the rotta. 2) if you select food as 'Not Observed' you still have to select how much food they had. Does birdie devs expect me to know magically how much food someone had, when I have 'Not Observed' it? EDIT: 1) thanks for the reply 2) isn't it better to not enter how much food someone had than to "guess" ? There's no option to add the meal during the next vis

Hello Sebs! 1) Notifications are set up by your agency's office team. They include rota/client updates! 2) It may be possible to guess how much has been eaten based on supplies/leftovers. Sharing an estimate, along with a note it was not observed, can help log changes (including being secretive around food) that can flag potential concerns faster.

App seems to be broken since the update. No longer can filter on a date or dates and just switching from the help to the log requires the pin to be re-entered. Support has been very poor in dealing with theae issues that I have given up trying. Otherwise as for getting an update on what care has been given it is very useful.

The Healthcare Provider who looks after my mother-in-law uses this. The carers and team leader seem to be of the impression that families can add to it. We can't. It would be useful if there is an option for family notes. Being able to let carers know that my mother-in-law has a lift to church so they can assist her to be ready or, if we're visiting, if we're taking her out for a meal and need to cancel a visit. At the moment, I'm using WhatsApp with team leadership, who may not see it in time.
