Overall, really good. Wish it didn't have some of the texting restrictions, but I think that's mostly compliance with legal. Wanted to rate 5 stars...it's close. Can't use the app to call from my phone though. Otherwise it would've been. Also wish it would let me know when a number I purchased is flagged for spam. Really smooth functionality though. Customer service is great. Heather deserves a raise!

I've shopped around and the desktop software can't be beat in a CRM - CS is quick and friendly. App is developing, but already seeing upgrades. Pushing out improvements continually and they listen to user feedback. Highly recommend.

iSalesCRM desktop website is the backbone of my work everyday and the app is super useful! It isn't fully functional yet, looking forward to being able to disposition leads on my phone, but it's a fantastic start!
