Qr code worked to scan into the parking lot just fine, I'd paid for a monthly rate in the lot at my job. But on the way out when I scanned again they demanded I pay the regular day rate. Seems like maybe a scam app. Can't wait to have to do a chargeback for a month of parking I don't apparently get. Questionable app/service. Update: I'm now being invoiced for subscription I PAID that already shows as a charge on my visa (not pending). Scam. I still can't even use the lot I'm paying for.

Convenient app BUT don't like how receipt comes up on mobile screen (can't screenshot it and amounts like tax and totals appear incorrectly), system goes down occasionally with my parking location not appearing, and most irritating is the license plate coming up alphabetically rather the last one used for parking (so your least used vehicle with license plate that starts with "A' will always appear requiring to chose the correct template, or pay in error and get a parking ticket).

When it's cold or raining, the app makes it so I don't have to stand outside and pay at the machine. It's easy to find the lot I'm in and the payment process to be straightforward. Occasionally, the system is too busy to process payment, but the pay machine is always a backup plan.
