Ratings and reviews

Lots of spinning circles and slow response to login which ultimately times out or indicates incorrect credentials despite my use of a password manager and correct use of copy/paste function of the credentials. Booking was made several days ago but now we are unable to retrieve it. How do I get the gate open without my code? Forgot password function is also not working for me. In my opinion, this is not a smooth transition to a new ver of the app. I don't feel impressed with this app at all.

This app is total cap everyone you try to open it the message is sorry the app has stopped working. So you email the Park n fly email and they just send you the exact same email everyone to confirm.your email etc and then.open the app which does not open. What a total waste of time.

A terrible app that just didn't work - I couldn't get it to accept the pick up time. I finally gave up and reserved a space at competing Jet Set (their app works great)
