The delivery part is totally a different experience. Delivery is about the rider's convenience. Had a bad experience where my orders are scheduled and never delivered. They keep pawning the order off to a different driver. For a delivery 15Km from the outlet it took a week. just because the route wasn't convenient to the riders. Calling the helpline is useless, no result. I wouldn't recommend Kikuubo online to serious individuals.

Terrible.π‘ app keeps logging me out and doesnt send the OTP pins for mobile payments and password resets. One has to first call customer care for them to be logged back onto the platform which has to be done on their end which possess a security issue

Please note that also there's no communication at all from there side regarding when the delivery wil be delivered or whether the order was even confirmed. Bad service, poor communication. They will even cancel the orders by the way with no info still. πππππππππππππ
