In Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, you bring some of the universe’s most powerful warriors to lightning-fast tactical skirmishes where you are in full control and only superior tactics can deliver victory. CREATE THE ULTIMATE WARBAND
It’s your task as a collector to build your collection into an elite league of warriors capable of meeting any challenge. Equip your heroes with the ultimate gear, wrestled from the hands of your enemies, to enhance their attacks, armor, and abilities on the battlefield. Not every warrior is ideal for every task, however: Make key strategic choices in who to promote and pick teammates with complimentary abilities to maximize your chances in battle!

Ratings and reviews

I enjoy playing this game most of the time. It is slow for players that don't spend $$, but not as bad as most. You can still grow to top levels slowly. My negative issues are to do with the match making. It does seem more fair now compared to a few months ago. I dont expect to win every battle, but being defeated in 1 or 2 rounds by a team half of your power seems a bit suspicious. That and the many crashes just when you begin a mission that took hours to begin.

Game play is good, but many walls to progress game. I don't mind the grinding, but the jump in difficulty in the campaigns are ridiculous. Material required for upgrades behind the difficulty wall, with the tip of upgrading to win when you lose. Arena is broken in terms of difficulty/progression. Charge times for useful events is 12 hours each. Grinding is limited due to all the cool down times. Used to grinding games, but the restrictions in this game seem to follow GW real life mottos.

3 months and very very little progress. Some games allow you to grind but this one you must pay and pay lots to be able to get any farther than 20 percent of the low level missions. $39.00 for a 2 entry level characters and next to impossible to get any other army period. Arena matches you with people 10x your strength and after a very short time it's an endless trip to the dentist. I changed phones and tried to get access again and it didn't work
