The AI is phenomenally helpful. I cannot stress how much it helps to just generate a plan instead of using all of your energy and motivation on it. Unfortunately, if you need to make edits to that plan or create your own, it's not user-friendly at all. It could use a lot of work, making it simpler to modify the AI generated plan, because right now, there are a million buttons and you can't easily click/select areas to insert text (also it's gonna come in a crazy format when you type it)

Admittedly, I do not know all the ins and outs of all this app can do, I am sure there is much more it can do that I have yet to take the time to learn, BUT, for my purposes it is great! As the director of a growing group non-profit, the list of things to do, people to call, appointments, etc is endless. Having a place to track all that, schedule out my week is necessary. I fought using an app for a long time, but having it on my phone and being able to add something after hours is priceless!

I have a challenging time with all things technology. Somehow, I can wander through taskade fairly effortlessly. When I get stuck, I just ask the AI where I go from there, it provides options, I pick one I like, and I'm right back on track working through tasks, organizing my thoughts into usable ideas, and completing projects!
