For starters, the free service for disabled isn't the best. It's not unlimited calls, only 1100 minutes. All of my family and friends, live in the states. So that's I serious issue! Most are unlimited calls! 2nd, this app is only in Spanish... so I don't get far,as I am still learning. No option to change languages. And the call center hangs up if no one speaks English, and the option to upgrade to more minutes on the app has been disabled, so we can't upgrade plan. Don't show remaining balance.

Never could log on. Tried with email like the option states with no success. Tried for password recovery just in case i was doing something wrong, but no such luck. I didn't bother myself too much just uninstalled it. Sad though, i would love for it to function properly but, seeing as how they are the only option available im this area, they don't seem to need to care about service.

Awful! When it works it is difficult to make a payment. A PAYMENT! Anyone should make payments to any account. I opened this account with my son, and it's been very difficult to make PAYMENTS! I wonder how it could be if I have a problem that needs service... now I can't log in.🤔 After 4 or 5 attempts, I finally logged in. Then, to make a payment, you are redirected to a bank page. No one can make launder directly to this provider. Keeping the app running smoothly will never bring bad reviews.
