I have lost the ability to select the xMatters notification of my choice. I had one that would wake me up and as soon as I heard it I knew it was a ticket. The app now uses my phone's default notification tone. I'm on Android 9. Took a peek at my coworker's iPhone and he can still select the tone. Really glad I still have a pager and really bummed about the change. ***Got it, thank you!! Tapping on the event level itself was not intuitive to me. I appreciate the follow up.***

Hi Rebecca! The notification settings have moved for improved configuration options. Open the xMatters app, tap on Settings in the menu panel, then Notification Settings. If you like the xMatters sounds, toggle on "Enable Custom Sounds" (accept any messages), then tap on System Settings. Tap on "High priority event" and you can set the Sound.

App notifications have stopped working, and although all prerequisite settings are enabled, the test notifications and actual ones fail.

We have done some testing and cannot find any current issues impeding notification delivery. If it's ok would you be willing to reach out to our support team? We would love to help resolve this for you.

The least user friendly app for on-calls. Basically cannot do anything via the phone, and everytime I have to open my laptop. For example missing alert views, unable to filter Alerts under Reports, so I see all alerts without the possibility to filter them..Not to mention the schedule, I basically have no idea when I am on duty and when not. Why there can't be single calendar with marked rotations..

What's new

What's New:

- You can now configure multiple on-call reminders! Set up to six reminders to notify you before your next on-call shift.
- Select the impacted services when initiating an incident to give your teams critical context about the issue right from the start.
- Of course, we fixed some bugs and enhanced performance, too.
