This app used to be ok-ish, but now is almost unusable. I use it often from a train when I want to get a taxi to pick me up from my home station - but it defaults to a start point wherever the train is at the time, and usually says 'no cars available here' which is hardly surprising. It's hard to over-ride it to use a different start point. Next: it no longer sends you a text message or email giving the car's reg number. Now card transactions cost another 35p for no reason. All pretty bad.

Have used this company for years, used to be great but have gone downhill so much this year. I get a taxi daily and they still don't know where they're going. They take triple the time they state to arrive, had a few that haven't even turned up. The cab office are becoming less than helpful. Given 2 stars though as there are some lovely drivers who were great and made an effort to make the drive pleasant.

Awful and buggy App. Double charged me. Also, the taxi service is terrible, often late, regardless of booking ahead. Multiple cars have been dirty and smelly.
